Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
• Guide customers through the car buying process, from initial contact to delivery of the vehicle.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge and be able to explain vehicle features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, both in volume and gross profit.
• Attend and participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and product launches to stay up to date on industry trends and best practices.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Utilize CRM tools to track and follow up with leads and customers.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.
• Proven success in automotive sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with customers.
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close sales.
• Comfortable using technology, including CRM tools and basic computer software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
• Ability to work weekends and evenings as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
